We will restore an old faded photograph to close to it’s original glory, remove cracks or torn areas, remove or add people, create a photo collage/montage and many other solutions.

In addition, we can correct such complex issues as the elimination or reduction of glare in glasses, excessive face shine, excessive blemishes, excessive lines in the face, neck or other body parts, skin blotching, scar removal, hair removal, hair addition, removing objects in the background such as exit signs, street signs, garbage cans or other distractions, inconsistencies in pavements, swapping heads, switching backgrounds, opening eyes, extending bridal gowns, correcting focus, selective blurring or extending edges of an image, and more.

The process invloves making a high resolution copy of your original photo to which the corrections are made. We do not change or altar your original photo in any form. We then digitally print professional quality prints from the corrected digital scan. Your original photo will be returned in the same condition in which it was recieved.

The price for digital retouching to restored old photos will be the sum of three charges: 1) $35 for a high resolution copy file + 2) the labor to make the changes + 3) the print price for whatever new photos you want printed.

In regards to the labor, it depends on how long it takes our digital retouch artist to correct the issues and each photo is different. We don’t really know how long it will take to complete the corrections in each case until we actually complete them.

Because of this and because we are so sure that you’ll love our work, we actually go ahead and make the corrections to deteremine the price. There is no charge upfront to complete the retouching and no obligation on your part to accept it. You are only charged if you love the finished product. At that time, you will be charged for the labor required and the photo products you wish to order.
