Our reputation is built upon a five-decade passion for photography, and making the magic happen every week for our couples. We have thousands of happy clients and have consistently been recommended by the major venues, the best wedding vendors, bridal shops, and past clients. We've probably photographed a wedding for someone in your family or someone you know. No one is more experienced and fun.
-
Our style is mostly laid-back, and candid, almost editorial. Our style is fun and interesting wedding-day storytelling, rather than boring poses. We want to create a unique wedding story for you using romantic and fun imagery that evokes the same emotions years from now as you experienced on your wedding day.

Yes! Your wedding photography package includes all of the files, not just the several hundred we think are the best. Since there's no limit to the number of shots we’ll take, that could easily total 800 shots or more. So, for example, if we take 800 shots, you'll get 800 files. You own usage rights. There will be no watermarks of any kind on the files you receive. In addition, every one of your wedding photos will be edited for color and exposure to ensure you get great looking prints. Lastly, your files are maximum resolution enabling you to make even wall-size enlargements which have excellent quality.

It's up to you. Wedding photography style has become more interesting over the years. In the past, one photographer would come to your wedding. Their primary responsibility was to first make sure all the important people were recorded: each family group, the bridal party, friends, and of course, the bride and groom alone. After finishing the group photos, the photographer would finally have time to record a few candids. In the past, couples received many more posed group shots and fewer candids.
Today, having two-photographers have made wedding events much more interesting. They create different styles, and many more authentic, candid shots. It's still photographer #1's job to record the important groups. But the second photographer has become "the storyteller." #2 stays in the background, and you're hardly even aware of him or her, while she records the “little moments” that are always happening. She's the one who gets the fun stuff for you, the candids, the happy "accidents."

Simple. Hire experience. You get what you pay for. Problems like that happen with inexperienced photographers who do not know how to plan and manage. Often they're new, without enough experience yet to be able to anticipate what's needed, where and when. Others do not communicate well with their clients, or simply are not planners. The best wedding photographers, the experienced ones, know how critical it is to plan your wedding photoshoot, so it will turn out the way everyone wants. Several months before your wedding, you meet with Ron Shuller for an Organizational Meeting to develop a plan and a timeline. Together you'll create a flawless timeline to allow enough time to get all the important people photographed... and to make sure you can get to and from off-site photography locations you may want before your wedding or the reception. You'll be able to relax, and have stress-free time for fun photos of the two of you alone, just being yourselves.

We do not limit you on number of photos taken, we don't even keep track. That's because we want to take as many as we need to correctly and completely tell the story of your wedding day. With a two photographer coverage, it wouldn’t be uncommon for us to take 500 to 800 images or more.
-
The starting time for photographs on your wedding day is determined by whether or not the bride and groom will see each other before the wedding ceremony, how many locations will be used before the ceremony, how many people will be included in those photos, how many shots have been requested and whether or not you want "getting-ready" photos. It's not uncommon to start the photography 1.5 to 2.5 hours before the ceremony. Always remember, everything with us is subject to each bride's wishes.

Our wedding photography business is dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all couples. We believe that love is love, and we are honored to capture the beauty and emotion of every wedding we photograph, regardless of religion, ethnicity, background, or sexual orientation.

You should book your photography and video as soon as you decide which company you want to work with. Whether it’s two years or six months in advance, reserve the date and company. When you retain your photographer, you know that you’ve locked in your favorite wedding photographer so you can then check that service off your list. And, with us you will know we freeze the prices so you’ll know exactly what your wedding photography costs will be.

Investigating photographers is extremely time consuming. We get it! Most photographer’s samples look pretty much the same and so are the prices. What makes us different is much more than our layback, almost editorial style of photography. We know all to well that the most important thing to consider when booking a wedding photographer is EXPERIENCE and REPUTATION. I’m sure you’ve seen the social media posts of wedding disasters from Brides who used inexperienced photographers including a friend with a camera, a newbie or a relative who does photography as a hobby. Do you want to trust the memories of the most important day of your lives to an experienced photographer? We are celebrating our 50th year anniversary this year as wedding photographers and videographers. No one is more experinced or FUN! My team includes highly experienced and organized photographers who are extremely skilled in the art and technique of photography, trained in the important people and organizational skills required. They work from a timeline and a checklist created by you and with my help (Ron Shuller) personally several months before your weding day to make sure you have plenty of time for photography at all of the locations you want and a FUN wedding day with exquisite wedding photos that you’ll cherish for a lifetime. My team loves working with people and understand that, although yours may be the 4th wedding for them this month, it's the first and only one for you so they understand and share the importance and meaning that your weding photos have to you. Our stunning 50 year reputation is built upon a legacy of thousands of happy clients who recommend us to their friends and family.

Yes, we have a staff of highly dedicated and extremely experienced photography professionals all trained personally by Ron Shuller to create the company style of wedding photography you see on our web site. For clients who want to select the photographer team whose work they like the best, we encourage those clients to go to our web site and view complete albums from our different teams and select the team whose work they like the best. In addition, our photographers love meeting clients in advance of the wedding and welcome the opportunity to do so.

We think albums are crucial to providing a permanent touch-n-feel story of your wedding. Having the compete set of wedding photos and saving them in a folder somehwere is important. However, a folder of random images including a lot of duplicate poses do not tell the story of the wedding, albums do! And it’s the album that is passed down to future generations, not a folder of digital files. Parents always knew the treasured value an album represents. Bridal couples are just now realizing this and that's why albums are back in a BIG way. Every couple should have an album and that’s why we include albums in some of our packages and offer a $250 Album Credit in other packages so our clients can fit that very important future family treasure into their wedding budgets.

The most important photo from your wedding is always the same. It's the one that's missing! Think about that for a moment! That's one of the many reasons why booking an experienced professional wedding photographer instead of a "newbie", friend of a friend with a camera or a relative is VITAL! An experinced professional will work from a timeline and from a checklist and will make sure that every important shot gets taken and keep you on schedule so you don't run late and everyone has a BLAST. You can't go back and re-shoot anything missed and the wedding day is much too important to risk having one of those photographer disasters we see all to often on social media! When booking your photographer, always remember that the most important factor to consider is EXPERIENCE.

Since nothing tells your wedding story and brings back the wedding memories and the feelings you had at your wedding better than a creative album, wedding albums are a very important part of our philosophy. Although albums are not required, our most popular packages include custom Fine Art Albums.
Please understand that we offer albums differently than most photographers. With us, you select the images that are included in the book, not us. Further, after you select your favorite images for your book, our graphic designer will create a complete album lay-out design by hand, page-by-page into your unique story. That design is posted online for your review. So, with us, you see your album before it’s printed.
Our exquisite albums are hard cover, lay flat coffee-table style books with medium thickness, double-page spreads semi-glossy pages flush mounted across the book's center fold without a center gutter. Because there is no center gutter, each double-page spread is designed irrespective of the center so frequently images are designed across the center of the album in a very contemporary storytelling style.
Our books are available in three sizes and several cover designs.

First of all, all of our client galleries are private. However, if you do not want just anyone viewing "all" of your wedding images, we offer two additional alterantives. (1) We’d be happy to post a smaller subset of your wedding images online in an additional different galley with a different URL and/or (2) We are happy to create a slide show set to music of about 20 to 30 of your favorite wedding images which can be posted on Facebook or Instagram or even saved to your phone or desktop. Here's an idea, send copies of this special show to very important people in your life as a Thank-You for being in your wedding. Ask us about our very popular "Mini-Montages".

For our entire career, we have published all our pricing on-line and ask that you give us the chance to review it with you personally. The reason is that contrary to what you may have assumed, we are actually extremely reasonably priced. We’re usually priced less than you expect and well within most budgets. We respect your time, so telling you everything in advance saves everyone precious time. The more you know about us, the more likely you will be to book with us. It’s a win-win! Please allow us to explain our packages to you personally.

Organization is the key! We are "super-organized" so we can save you time on your wedding day. To become organized, we meet with you several months before the wedding for an Organizational Meeting, the heart and soul of our system. At this meeting you share your list of “have-to-have” shots from which we create a photographer's shot list. After we create that list, we use five decades of experience to tell you how long everything will take. We then discuss which locations you wish to use, which shots you want to complete “before” the ceremony, which ones you want to do “after” the ceremony, what time you want to enter your reception, etc. We use all of this information and together create a flawless wedding-day timeline” so you can spend less time on photography and more time having fun. Most of the time, you hardly are aware of the photographers.
-
We offer two kinds of engagement sessions. For couples looking for one good image for a save-the-date product, we offer an outdoor mini-engagement session including about 20 to 30 minutes of photographer time and one full res digital file. We also offer full outdoor engagement sessions including on-location sessions, more time, more images taken, Sign-In Books and the option to purchase print packages and wall prints.

Yes, we do video a little differently from other photographers. With our Highlight Video Packages, one videographer comes with multiple cameras and multiple audio sources. We set up multiple cameras during the ceremony so you get that professional look from different angles. We tap into the sound system to get great sound from all of the microphones used both during the ceremony and the reception. In addition, a small lavalier microphone is put on the groom during the ceremony. This ensures great sound of not only the vows but also the speeches during the reception. We then create a professionally edited Highlight Video of the day. The length of the video varies depending on how many hours of videographer time was used and other factors but is usually up to about 15 minutes in length. Highlight Videos save a tremendous amount of editing time over what would have been required to edit a full hour or longer video, making our Highlight Video Coverage quite reasonably priced. In addition, this Highlight Video can be easily posted on social media for all of your family and friends to enjoy. We also offer more traditional Full Length Video Packages which include more time, more videograhers and videos that run up to about an hour. Please note that our photographers do solely photography and our videographers do solely video. Therefore, if you add a video package to a photo package, one or more additional people (videographers) come to the wedding. Since video offers both sound and movement to your wedding day record, our video packages are extremely popular and are already discounted so you can realize the price advantage of bundling services.

We do not hold dates without a down payment. Because a down payment schedules up to three people for a future date, making them unavailable to be booked for another event on the same day, down payments are non-refundable. In the event of a change of date, the full amount of the down payment will be applied toward a new date if we are available for the new date. In the event of a cancellation, depending on how close to the event the cancellation occurs, a percentage of the original retainer may be returned or in some cases, the retainer can be used for another product or service if used within a year of the original wedding date.

We welcome Credit or Debit Cards, Venmo, Paypal and PayPal Credit. With the flexible terms offered by PayPal Credit, you pay $0 in interest on orders over $99 if paid in full within 6 monthly payments. For more information, click here -> PAYPAL CREDIT.

To answer this, I must ask you a question. How do you define the word RETOUCHING? And, how do you define the word EDITING? The reason I ask those questions is because many people have different definitions of “retouching” and “editing” and many people mistake one for another or use those terms to mean the same thing.
We define the word “editing” (in regard to digital manipulation) as color correction, exposure correction and just a small bit of cropping as needed.
We define “retouching” as digital correction to alter or change an image for the purposes of eliminating or reduction of such things as facial blemishes, glare in glasses, clutter in backgrounds, makeup flashback, sun spots on subjects, face shine, removing objects in the background such as exit signs, stop signs, swapping heads, switching backgrounds, opening eyes, etc.
We categorize “normal retouching” as the elimination or reduction of such things as some blemishes, some lines in the face, a small amount of face shine.
We categorize “excessive retouching” as those things that take a lot longer for a retoucher to correct such as the elimination or reduction of such things as removal of glare in glasses, excessive face shine, excessive blemishes, excessive lines in the face, neck or other body parts, skin blotching, scar removal, hair removal, hair addition, removing objects in the background such as exit signs, street signs, inconsistencies in pavements, swapping heads, switching backgrounds, opening eyes, extending bridal gowns or extending any edges of an image, etc.
All our photo packages include editing but none of our packages include retouching.
Since you receive all of the digital files in our photo packages, we spend a considerable amount of time editing your files to adjust color and exposure to ensure you have the best-looking files (in terms of color and exposure) from which you can produce your own DIY prints. However, it would cost prohibitive to include either “normal level retouching” or “excessive retouching” to all the files. No two weddings are alike and therefore require a different amount & type of retouching. That’s why, to make packages more affordable, most photographers including us do not include the tremendous cost of retouching in the package price. images.
With that said, there are several ways we offer retouching:
If there are any individual images that you feel needs retouching of any kind, we are happy to submit the image to our professional retoucher for assessment and a price quote which we will present to you for your consideration.
We do offer an add-on service for album images only (or a smaller subset of the entire set of images only) where you can purchase “normal level” retouching for the entire set of images at a reduced bulk rate.

Photography, video, and a wedding album should compromise a large part of an overall wedding budget because they are essential in capturing and preserving the memories of the wedding day.
Weddings are a once-in-a-lifetime event, and having high-quality photography and video is crucial in capturing the emotion, joy, and love of the day. A professional photographer and videographer have the skills, experience, and equipment necessary to capture these special moments and create beautiful and lasting images and videos.
Additionally, a wedding album is a tangible and lasting memento of the day that can be passed down through generations. A professional wedding album is not only a beautiful way to showcase the photos from the day, but it also tells the story of the wedding in a way that digital images cannot.
While the cost of professional photography, video, and a wedding album may seem high, they are an investment in preserving the memories of the day for a lifetime. It is worth allocating a significant portion of the wedding budget to these services to ensure that the memories are captured and preserved in the best possible way.
